Absolutely. We will embroider 1 item if that's all you want. However, keeping in mind that it may take longer to get your 1 item. We don't make you buy a 12 piece minimum. Embroidered patches and/or emblems made to sew on items have a minimum of 50 pieces.
Can I order one (1) screen printed item?
No, we have different applications for just 1 item. We usually screen print 12 or more items, but we can talk about less than 12. Promotional advertising specialties have minimums.
Is there a set-up fee to re-produce your logo for embroidery?
Yes, we have a $25.00/minimum set-up fee to re-produce your logo into our embroidery software program. Your actual artwork that you send us, will determine how long it takes us to get it set-up to embroider. E-mail your artwork to: sales@gossersales.com.
Will GCS embroider something I already own?
Yes, we will embroider any apparel items you give us. However, customer owned apparel that is damaged by our machines, will not be replaced or any monies refunded. The chance of something being damaged is minimal, but does occur from time to time.
How can I pay?
You can pay with Cash, Check, Visa or Mastercard. We also accept purchase orders from businesses, companies or schools. We can also invoice you when necessary.
Can I cancel my order?
As long as we haven't already embroidered or screen printed your items, they can be returned. A 25% re-stocking fee + freight would apply. Above fees will apply to all orders within 20 days after order date. Special ordered items are not returnable.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Embroidery - 10-14 business days after design is approved by customer Screen Printing - 5-14 business days after design is approved Promotional - usually 10-21 business days after design is approved Printing - 5-14 business days after proof is approved
Can I have my order shipped?
Yes, all orders can be shipped UPS directly to where you want it. A nominal fee will apply to all items shipped.
Is there a different screen charge for a multi-color screen printed design?
Yes, we have to make a different screen for every color. So we charge accordingly. However, once you pay for this, you never have to pay again.
Can you screen print shirts I own?
No! Sorry, we will not screen print apparel or any other items provided by customers.
